Dear Doctor - How to piss off your cancer patient in a few easy steps

First, tell them on a Friday afternoon you have to see them right away, and then schedule them for 3 days later at 7:45 in the morning. The day before their appointment. call them not once, but twice, to confirm they will be at said appointment and 7:45 in the morning. Allow patient to drive the 45 minutes to the appointment and when they walk in the door cancel the appointment and tell them they will get a phone call to set up another appointment either later in the day or the next day.  WTF
